How to choose Rotary table?
Many friends, even who sell machine tools, are asking, how do you choose the rotary table for the machining center? What if I choose the wrong one?
To be honest, the four axis are actually very easy to choices. Here, we will explain the main aspects to you:
I. The size of the machined workpiece
What is the maximum diameter of machined part? Generally, the maximum diameter is matched with the fourth axis rotary table, and a slightly larger is better;
2. The weight of the workpiece
We need to calculate all the weight of the machined workpiece plus fixture, and then compare it with the maximum load capacity of the rotary table. This value should be less than the maximum load capacity of the turntable.
